T&A Covenant Solutions (TACS) is a Limited Liability Company family-owned and managed by the expertise of Nationally Certified Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM). Our Principals have various graduate and post-graduate degrees in business and non-profit management, Real Estate, Economics and Business Finance from the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP), Yale University (YU), University of Baltimore (UB), New York University (NYU) and George Washington University (GWU). We also maintain an active membership with the Community Association Institute (CAI), have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), maintain an active DC general contractors and construction manager’s license, and an active Maryland Home Improvement Contractors (MHIC) license. We possess national and industry-recognized certifications for serving community associations, which include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Manager Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). The PCAM is the pinnacle of community association management. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.

T&A Covenant Solutions (TACS) is a professional property management and facilities maintenance firm located in Laurel Maryland. As professionals, we have over thirty (30) years of experience in serving homeowners, community associations, and commercial facilities. TACS specializes in maintaining, enhancing, and preserving one’s property value. Our portfolio entails rental properties, condominium associations, cooperatives, townhome associations, homeowners’ associations, and commercial facilities. We serve areas within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area (DMV) in addition to the state of California.

Our primary mission is to provide a high level of customer service for our clients while building a strong sense of trust, professionalism, community awareness, security, and unity. We assist our clients with preserving, maintaining, and enhancing their community by providing various solutions specific to the needs of each association. Our services are primarily designed to assist the Board of Directors, Architectural/Covenants Committees, and Individual Homeowners with the enforcement of covenants compliance and community management. We work collectively with each community association and its members to provide governance and compliance within the communal aspects of each Association.
